Shayla is married to an amazing husband and is a mom to two boys, Cayman (8) and Crockett (7). She found a passion in travel and exploration of all the things the world had to offer. Feeling such a strong connection to the travel industry, she decided to found Northcutt Travel Agency in the beginning of 2017. Her husband, knowing her entrepreneur spirit, had encouraged her to be a travel agent not knowing that after 3 short years she would be the top rated travel agency in Houston.

Shayla has visited different parts of Europe a multitude of times (five times just in 2019). Shayla has also visited over 300 resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean leading to detailed firsthand knowledge of the resorts. The other places Shayla has visited, and now helps people plan, include Disney, Hawaii, Fiji, Australia, and all major Cruise Lines. Check out her Places I have been Blog!

Shayla is a Million Dollar producer as well as a Global Travel Marketplace Alumni. She has attended the Family Travel Advisory Forum and Travel Agency Owner Forum as a speaker. She is licensed as a Certified Travel Agent and a Certified Travel Counselor. Shayla is a member of Cruise Lines International Association and International Association of Travel Agents Network. Media and radio shows enjoy her professional travel opinion often.

Jo Ann Muzny

Jo Ann lives in Aggieland (Bryan/College Station TX). She has been married to her high school sweetheart for over 45-years, she is a proud mother of 2 beautiful daughters, Christen who is a nurse, Becky who has worked over 17 years alongside of her in the travel industry, as well as her amazing 6 grandchildren.

Jo Ann started in the travel industry in 1976 working for a small local commuter airline, Davis Airlines. After a year she was offered a job with a travel agency working on the Texas A&M University campus.  She has spent most of her career handling travel for numerous departments at Texas A&M University.  She is very proud of her time servicing the travel needs of the first responders' trainers of TEEX along with assisting with travel for training of what would become Texas Task Force 1. 

After her family Travel is her passion. Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and Cruises are at the top of her list of favorite trips to book.  She especially loves working with couples to plan their destination wedding and Honeymoons.

Linda lives in College Station, Texas, Aggieland.  She has been a travel agent since 1997. Her love of travel has been a big part of her life.

Linda has traveled extensively but her favorite way to travel is cruising.

She specializes in all types of cruising, ocean, river. trans-Atlantic, group and family cruises.

She has also years of experience with group travel, destination weddings, family travel and honeymoons. 

Fully independent travel to Europe, South America, Central America and Australia are some of her specialties.
